Introduction
These General Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the contractual relationship between the customer (“you”) and “Black Angus” LLC (“Black Angus” or “we”) regarding purchases made through the website https://signature.blackangus.am.
The contractual relationship is governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia and applies only to non-commercial customers.
We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms. However, the applicable Terms are those in effect at the time you place your order.
We recommend reviewing and accepting these Terms before confirming your order and payment. You may also save or print them for your records.
Any information collected by Black Angus will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
Placing an Order
To place an order, a valid email address is required.
At any time before placing your order, you may view product details and estimated delivery costs by clicking the cart icon.
You will be able to review and edit your order details and total cost before confirming.
To confirm your order, click “Buy Now,” indicating that you are placing an order with a payment obligation and are entering a sales agreement with Black Angus.
After confirming your order, a receipt with the order details will be sent to the email you provided.
You will also receive information about shipping, how to access and modify your personal data, and a downloadable link to the general sales terms and privacy policy.
Despite email confirmation, your order is only officially accepted once full payment has been confirmed.
You can check the status of your order anytime via your account, email, or by contacting Customer Service.
If a product is out of stock, a warning message will appear beside it. You may opt to be notified once it’s available again by clicking the “Notify me when available” button and entering your name and email. Once restocked, you’ll be notified via email.
Prices and Delivery Fees
All prices listed on the website are in Armenian Drams (AMD) and include VAT. Delivery fees are not included.
If applicable, delivery fees will be shown in your cart before placing the order.
Delivery charges are automatically calculated and added to your total after selecting the delivery option.
All delivery fees will be confirmed with you before final order approval.
Delivery is available only within Yerevan. The delivery fee is 1,000 AMD.
If a product is listed with an incorrect or obviously incorrect price (e.g., an unreasonably low price), we will contact you to confirm if you’d like to proceed at the actual price. If not, or if we don’t receive a response in a reasonable time, the order will be canceled.
Payment
Payment can be made either online or in cash.
We accept ARCA, Visa, and MasterCard through IDram and FastShift apps.
Cash payments are only accepted in AMD.
Our couriers have the right to return the product if the customer refuses to pay upon delivery.
All prices on the website are final and include all taxes.
Orders are officially accepted only after full payment has been completed.
We do not store your bank or card information. Online payments are securely processed by a certified payment provider using modern encryption technology.
You may be asked to enter your ARCA, Visa, or Mastercard SecureCode password to confirm the payment.
Product Information
We strive to accurately display product details on our website. However, colors and appearance may vary depending on your screen settings or device.
Therefore, we cannot guarantee that the color or look on your screen will exactly match the delivered product.
Liability
Failure by either party to enforce any obligation under this agreement shall not be considered a waiver of future enforcement of that or any other obligation.
All content on https://signature.blackangus.am — including data, information, photos, brands, graphics, and text — is protected and remains the property of Black Angus or our partners.
You may only use this content with our permission and not transfer or assign any rights or obligations to third parties without our written consent.
We reserve the right to assign or subcontract any part of our obligations to third parties, provided it does not violate your rights.
